Engineer

9 years at Infosys building enterprise software for US mortgage servicers and banks — the kind of systems where correctness and reliability aren't optional. My core stack is .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.

I've also built Python and AI toolingwithin the same domain — RAG pipelines and LLM-powered automation deployed to address real operational gaps the core platform didn't cover.

SELECTED WORK
01

Mortgage Servicing Platform

Enterprise · Banking

Enterprise mortgage processing system for a major US banking client — .NET Core Web APIs, Angular front-end, SQL Server, and SSIS ETL pipelines. High compliance requirements, production-critical data, strict SLAs. Led delivery from technical design through to deployment and production support.

02

Customer Communication & E-Statement

Full-Stack · .NET + Angular

Full-stack application managing customer notification preferences and paperless banking statement opt-ins. Angular front-end, .NET Core Web API backend, automated email notifications on statement availability. One of the first projects where I owned delivery end-to-end across UI, API, and backend.

AI Knowledge Search Tool

Python · AI

Internal tool that lets support teams query operational knowledge bases in plain English — built on a RAG pipeline with ChromaDB vector storage and a Qwen LLM, served through a Flask API. Replaced a process that involved filing tickets or manually trawling documents.

PDF Letter Review Automation

Python · Automation

Replaced a daily manual approval workflow — someone opening, reviewing, and signing off on PDF letters — with a structured Flask web interface. The process is now auditable, trackable, and significantly faster. Built and deployed within the same financial domain as the core platform.

ABOUT

I've spent 9 years at Infosys, growing from trainee to Technology Lead while working almost entirely in mortgage servicing and banking — domains where software failures have real consequences. That context has shaped how I approach architecture, testing, and delivery.

I like the full range of the Tech Lead role — writing code, working with clients, reviewing PRs, helping the people around me get better. I'm not a manager who stopped coding. I still care deeply about the quality of what ships.

The Python and AI work isn't a CV line — it came from real problems in the same financial domain I've always worked in. The tools are deployed and in use. That's how I prefer to learn new technology.

Outside work: photography, cricket, chess, and travelling when I can. Based in Toronto — originally from Karnataka, India. Always open to connecting with people in the .NET, banking, or fintech space.

I'm particularly interested in roles where the software actually matters — fintech, enterprise platforms, anywhere that values engineering discipline over moving fast and breaking things.
